The challenge
This established local business had a website that technically worked but did very little for them. It was slow to load, hard to use on a phone, and almost invisible in search, and it looked dated next to newer competitors. The site needed to load fast, look credible on every device, and actually show up when local customers searched, all without losing the rankings and pages the business already had.
The approach
We treated the rebuild as both a design project and an SEO project from day one. Before touching the design, we mapped the existing pages, the keywords that mattered, and the searches the business should be winning. Then we rebuilt around speed, clarity, and a clear path to getting in touch.
What we built
We designed and built a fast, mobile-first site with clean structure, clear service pages, and strong calls to action. On the technical side we tightened page speed, added proper titles, meta descriptions, and structured data, fixed the site architecture, and made sure the move preserved existing rankings with the right redirects.
The results
- Page load dropped from several seconds to a fast, modern experience
- The site became genuinely usable on phones, where most local searches happen
- Better structure and on-page SEO improved visibility for the searches that bring in customers
- More of the traffic the site already had turned into real inquiries
Our old site just sat there. The new one actually brings us work, and it finally looks like the business we are.
